Who is Todo Reno?
Todo Reno is an extension of myself, Mike Todosichuk. I have been involved in contracting (construction & renovations) for over 20 years, wearing many "hats" along the way. From completing the physical work to managing multiple crews & projects simultaneously to overseeing company-wide operations. As such, I bring a broad perspective to any new project.
Todo Reno Inc. is my recent pursuit, which manifested from one main reason: I have a young family, whom I love dearly, demanding from me a balance in my life. Todo Reno Inc. is my small, independent company, allowing me control over both my work and my family-life commitments.
With my focus on maintaining a smaller company, seeing through all aspects of my projects, one project at a time, I'm able to deliver great value, maintain a high-level of trust and transparency, leaving no confusion about who you can discuss ideas or concerns with, throughout your project. As required, I call upon my network of skilled sub-trades to help move a project along, while still ensuring overall quality-control.

What type of projects?
In a nutshell, I would be open to pursuing just about any construction/renovation type projects, so it's always best to run it by me first.
In particular, I provide some of the greatest value in the medium to large sized home renovation projects. The majority of my experience falls within this area, so I do bring a wealth of knowledge to such projects, guiding the process with thorough & on-going communication, deriving a well thought-out plan, helping to avoid troubling pitfalls which could lead to poor results. Choosing me to see your project through, will go a long ways to realizing your vision.
I know full-well that taking on a medium to large sized home renovation project can be a stressful experience for a homeowner. It generally involves a sizeable financial investment, and comes with some temporary lifestyle interruptions. It is realistic to expect some stress, but knowing and trusting that your contractor has your best-interests at heart, really helps to alleviate and minimize such stress.
Nevertheless, even if you have a small project that just doesn't seem to be taking care of itself, let me know, as my small and independent business model can be well suited to complete these under-served projects.

I approach my projects with integrity; it really does mean a lot to me knowing that I've achieved the client's desired results. I work diligently, with a sustained and methodical pace, focused on details, as it is often the details of a project that make all the difference in the results. My integrity is my guarantee; if I've truly made an error, or something has malfunctioned with my work, I will learn from it, and I will fix it!
My small, independent business model generally provides for a manageable cost structure leading to fair pricing. I do believe I provide great value for a reasonable price. In fact, some of the best value and flexibility can come from my 'Bill for Me' model, in which I can be hired to do as much or as little as desired on a project, charging only for my time, and costs of materials. I'm confident, once I start your project, you'll want me to see it through to completion.
